Returns

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact@irekitchen.shop with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
